• Lash Line: Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes. Tight Line: Press softly on the eye lid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line. Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion. This creates the look of lush, thick lashes. Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper waterline.
