The 3 M Tartan Filament/adhesive tape 8953 is a standard filament tape with a carrier is made from Scotc HPRO polypropylene film and a glue made from synthetic rubber. The glass fibre reinforcement in a longitudinal direction increases the tensile strength of the tape measure.
