Connect the power cord to the 80A leakage protection circuit breaker of 220V 3-phase power with reliable grounding.<br>2. Turn on the power buttons, and the digital display screens are on. Press the corresponding icon buttons and the ▲ and ▼ buttons to set the top temperature, bottom temperature, baking time, steam time as needed. The operator can also set and adjust 12 baking menus for different food.<br>3. Place the food into the baking chambers, and start baking.<br>4. After the baking time is up, wear the protective gloves, open the oven doors and take out of the baked food.<br>5.
